Despatch & delivery information.

We always aim to despatch your order within 1-4 working days after your order has been placed.During busy periods despatch times may increase up to 5 working days.Once despatched you will receive a despatch notification by email.After your despatch email please allow for Royal Mail delivery times. 

We post all orders by 2nd class post using Royal Mail online business services unless other postal option is offered on your purchase.Please allow three to four working days for delivery upon receipt of your despatch notice.For any Royal Mail delays please check:

We track any orders placed over £25.00, these will be sent by Royal Mail (2nd Class), this typically takes 48 hours from arrival at the post office unless, an alternative paid postage option is selected at checkout.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Puzzle Melts returns policy states that customers have 14 days after the day on which the goods come into their physical possession to cancel/return their order.

We can only accept returns on unopened and unused goods you have purchased from Puzzle Melts.Goods that arrive with us in an unsealable condition will not be refunded.

The original postage costs will be refunded when returning an item, but not the returns postage. If express delivery service or similar was originally used to send the goods, then this will not be refunded the normal shipping rate will apply.Returns will be processed within 3 working days of receiving the returned items.

Shelf Life of Soy Wax Melts
